Meet Smiley, the blind therapy dog who was rescued from a puppy mill and trained to be a St. John Ambulance therapy dog for seniors and children with disabilities. Smiley was born without eyes and has dwarfism, making him smaller than most dogs of his breed, but that hasn’t stopped him from spreading hope and smiles everywhere he goes!
